Ryan Oilar
Owner
Ryan, originally from Southern Oregon is co-owner of Nouveau Health & Wellness with his wife Emily, and team director for Nouveau Team Elite. A double major in business and mathematics, Ryan later earned his Master’s degree in Sport Psychology and has been a sport psychology consultant to high school, collegiate, Olympic and professional athletes in a wide variety of sports. As a former athlete himself, Ryan has competed as a bull rider and bareback rider in the Northwest Professional Rodeo Association and 15 years later traveled the country competing in the 70.3 and Ironman distance triathlons. Ryan spent 4 years serving in the United States Marine Corps as a member of a counterterrorism unit and trained local defense forces in the Middle East. He now enjoys spending his free time with his family at the beach, or at home with his wife, daughter, three dogs, and Otis the cat.
Rachel Teitel
PA-C
Rachel is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in integrative medicine and aesthetics. Rachel obtained her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and her master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates. She has a strong background in urgent care medicine, medical procedures, integrative medicine and aesthetics. Rachel offers a wide variety of services here at Nouveau, including Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Lasers, Integrative Medicine, IV Therapy, Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, etc. Her passion for integrative and functional medicine stemmed from her own personal experience and wellness journey. When Rachel isn’t at Nouveau, you can find her at the beach, the gym, hiking- anything and everything outdoors!
Skylar Just
Nurse Practicioner
Skylar is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in wellness and aesthetics. Skylar obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her master’s degree from Chamberlain University. She is an active member of multiple organizations, including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. Her background includes emergency medicine, plastic surgery, regenerative medicine, and medical aesthetics. She also has a personal passion for fitness and nutrition. Skylar offers a wide variety of services here at Nouveau, including Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Lasers, Functional Medicine, IV Therapy, Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, etc. Outside of work, Skylar loves to fish and hunt with her family.
Kristine Shuster
Aesthetician
Kristine is an Ohio native but recently moved to the sunshine state in 2023 to pursue her passion for aesthetic rejuvenation. Over the past 18 years, she worked in dentistry where she was educated on PRP/PRF for surgeries. In recent years, her passion grew for skin care when she was trained by Dr. Richard Miron, lead educator and researcher for PRF, and Dr. Beth Love, a master injector. Kristine has a strong passion for making people feel and look their best, most confident self. Microneedling with PRF is by far her favorite procedure to perform since the results continue to shine over time. Kristine also specializes in lymphatic facial massage which helps flush out all the toxins from the body.
As a Licensed Aesthetician, she is constantly working to learn the newest innovations in the field of medical aesthetics. She is currently certified in microneedling, phlebotomy and holds her tattoo license.
In Kristine’s personal time she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two sons fishing and doing all the outdoor activities here in Florida. She also has a passion for fitness, specifically CrossFit.
Shannon
Patient Coordinator
Shannon has 16 years in luxury retail and a degree in Fashion Merchandising. She has a passion for making people feel great about themselves inside and out. Shannon loves all things skincare and wellness. Here at Nouveau, she is your go to girl for all things appointment, services, and product related. Her role is integral in making sure you have the best experience from the moment you walk in the door. In her spare time she loves spending time with her two kids and husband, being outdoors, and her dogs. Shannon is also a huge volunteer in her community and church and is driven by making a difference in the world.
Chase
IV Specialist
A Floridian native originally from Palm Beach Gardens, has always had a passion for helping people as well as health and fitness. He has competitively competed in CrossFit games for years and loves pushing his mind and body to new heights. He is currently living out his passion for helping others by being a firefighter for the city of west palm. In his spare time, he likes to go on hikes and kayak rides with his wife and son as well as enjoy anything outdoors.
Kyle
IV Specialist
A Floridian native, graduated with honors from Lynn university with a degree in criminal justice. From there he found his true calling and passion for helping people and became a Firefighter over a decade ago for the City of West Palm Beach. In his spare time, he loves being outdoors with his wife and kids and playing golf and softball recreationally.

A Californian native, Ryan relocated to Florida 20+ years ago on a baseball scholarship to Lynn university. He is now a firefighter with the City of West Palm Beach as well in his spare time, teaches others on the importance of CPR safety and training getting families in the area CPR certified. Ryan has a passion for people, wellness, and helping others.

Dr. Moraes, Nouveau’s Medical Director, specializes in the practice of functional medicine by integrating traditional medicine with alternative medicine to obtain optimal results with patients.
